This Privacy Policy explains how Vituliani Studio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Pure Meditate mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to keeping the App simple, calm, and respectful of your privacy.
Pure Meditate does not require an account, login, or any personal sign-up. We do not ask you for your name, email, or any personal details. The App does, however, display banner advertisements through Google AdMob, and the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects certain technical data automatically, as described below.
The App uses Google AdMob to display banner ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares the following categories of data for the purposes of serving ads, measuring ad performance, analytics, and fraud prevention:
This data is transmitted over a secure (encrypted) connection. We, as the developer, do not directly collect, store, or have access to your personal information through this process. Pure Meditate does not collect or store your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, health information, financial information, or messages. The App has no user accounts and no social features.
The App remembers your last selected mood and session setup so you can quickly resume your previous meditation. This information is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.
The Advertising ID used for ads can be reset or limited at any time through your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads on most Android devices). Resetting or opting out may result in less relevant ads but will not affect the core functionality of the App.
Pure Meditate is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us so we can address it.
We do not sell your data. The only data sharing that occurs is the automatic sharing performed by the Google Mobile Ads SDK with Google for the advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes described above.
We do not maintain a server-side database of user data. Any data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is retained and handled by Google according to its own retention practices.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
